Why?

Too many people in our country want to vote, but can't because they can't afford to take off work. Too many of those people are members of underrepresented communities whose voices need to be heard. One solution is a national holiday, but political gridlock has blocked progress on this issue. Started ahead of the 2016 Election, Take Tuesday asks companies to take this issue into their own hands by putting Election Day (Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020) on their paid-holiday calendars.
